STORE POLICY

Items bought on LILYHELU.COM will gladly be accepted for a store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All items must be free of stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. ALL TAGS, including our security ribbon must be attached when returned.

A store credit will be issued within 7 days from reception of your package, excluding shipping and handling costs.

Please note that jewelry is final sale.

In the event your item is damaged or defective [we're deeply sorry!], please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date and we will gladly process a store credit or an exchange.

Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
